Nike SB Dunks have been very popular over the past year or so, with several collaborations like Futura, Born x Raised, and April Skateboards blending skate culture and streetwear. However, as the 2024 Olympics approach, Nike has shifted its focus to the performance aspect of skateboarding, introducing the Nike SB PS8.

The Nike SB PS8 represents a step forward for skate shoes. It is named the "Problem Solver 8" as it aims to address eight common issues found in skate shoes and previous Nike SB products. Designed in collaboration with Nike's Sport Research Lab, the shoe is built to better withstand the impact of tricks and improve the feel and connection with the skateboard underfoot. It features a Flightknit upper for a lightweight and breathable fit, as well as leather panels in high-stress areas to enhance durability.

The Nike SB PS8 "Paris Olympics" colorway is part of a wider Paris-themed SB pack that also includes a Janoski and SB Dunk. This Safari-inspired iteration features a combination of orange and blue accents, with the orange appearing on the sock liner and outsole, and the blue on the laces and midsole. The leather panels showcase a familiar spotted pattern, while the upper itself remains in a neutral "Sail" tone.

The release date for the Nike SB PS8 "Paris Olympics" is still forthcoming, but more information is expected to be shared soon. TBA.

Verdy and Nike SB are collaborating on another Dunk Low model, the "Vick," set to release in Summer 2024. This will be the second Verdy x Nike SB partnership launching this year.

The Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low "Vick" is inspired by the "Vick" character, which is a panda rabbit hybrid from Awajishima Island. The sneaker will feature a white and black color scheme, blending premium materials like faux fur, suede, and leather Swoosh logos. It will have distinctive Verdy and Nike SB branding on the tongue labels, as well as a two-tone rubber outsole that combines streetwear and athletic elements.

The Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low "Vick" is scheduled to release at select skate shops and the Girls Don't Cry brand during the Summer of 2024. It will retail for $135. This marks the third collaboration between the renowned graphic designer Verdy and Nike SB, continuing their partnership that began in 2019.

Sneaker enthusiasts can look forward to this innovative and stylish addition to the Nike Dunk lineup, as Verdy's unique creative vision meets Nike SB's renowned craftsmanship. Stay tuned for more details on the release as the summer 2024 launch approaches.

The Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low "Visty" is an upcoming sneaker release inspired by Verdy's Visty plush toy character. Scheduled for Summer 2024, this collaboration will offer the iconic Dunk Low silhouette dressed in a Blue Gaze, Light Arctic Pink, and Bicycle Yellow color scheme.

The design pays tribute to the Visty plush toy, featuring green and pink fur accents on the tongue, toe box, side panels, and collar, mimicking the character's furry appearance. Pastel yellow laces complement the fuzzy elements, while blue suede overlays and pink leather Swoosh logos reflect the vibrant hues of the original plush toy. Unique graphic logos on the furry tongues add to the shoe's distinct identity.

Priced at $135 for men's sizing, $90 for preschool, and $75 for toddler sizes, the Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low "Visty" will be available at select skate shops in Summer 2024. This collaboration represents a harmonious fusion of Verdy's artistic vision and the iconic Dunk Low silhouette, offering sneaker enthusiasts a coveted release that celebrates the intersection of art and sneaker culture.

Nike SB is expanding its "City of Styles" series with the addition of the SB Zoom Janoski OG+ Premium "City of Style" sneaker. This new release, inspired by the upcoming Olympic host city of Paris and Parisian fashion, joins the previously announced SB Dunk Low in the collection.

The SB Zoom Janoski OG+ Premium features a vibrant color scheme, blending Sesame, Bronzine, Sail, and Flat Gold hues. The canvas upper is adorned with charming pastoral prints and embroidered Swoosh logos on the sides. The shoe maintains the signature Stefan Janoski design elements, including the logo on the tongue, a white vulcanized midsole, and a durable gum rubber outsole.

Priced at $105 for men's sizing, the Nike SB Zoom Janoski OG+ Premium "City of Style" will be available starting May 7, 2024, from select skate shops, online retailers, and Nike.com. This release offers both style and accessibility, allowing sneaker enthusiasts to express their personal flair while exploring the Parisian-inspired aesthetic.
