Guess what's hot @ eBay? It's a pair of Stefan Janoski SB samples, the Nike SB Stefan Janoski Buffalo Plaid. It's somewhat the same as the triple black wool pair that dropped late last year, but this sample features a unique design. It has a black and grey plaid upper with an embroidered anthracite colored Swoosh. Black continues to work on the piping and on the entire sole. This pair is not scheduled to be released, but a sample size 9 can be bought from xgumsolesx on eBay.

The Nike SB Stefan Janoski has been a fan favorite among SB heads. Here's the latest colorway, the Nike SB Stefan Janoski ‘Rainbow Tiger’ which will sure be turning heads. It looks to me that it's something that was made on NikeiD. This Janoski features a tiger striped pattern canvas on the upper, traditional white midsole and also the Nike branding in white.

The Nike Dunk SB SBTG is one of the most iconic sb's around. Done by the great misfits fiend and sneaker customizer SBTG AKA Mark Ong, the shoe features a whole lot of detail with some military inspired patterns and the almost gucci-like colorway, this shoe is one for the books, still sought after that even yours truly have yet to own a pair.

Watch out for this limited edition Janoski which will be sold at www.nike.com and at Nike retail locations across the US November 23rd, with all proceeds from sales of the collection benefitting OHSU Doernbecher. Purple Swag Sneakers eh? TBA.

Update:
This Saturday at 11am Premiere will be releasing the most recent Doernbecher collaboration piece. This time around 11 year old Ross Hathaway, a cystic fibrosis patient, got together with the team at Nike to adapt a Janoski to his personal style and flavor, taking inspiration from gems for an embroidered speckle application across the front and back as well as a dark snake mid. The tongue features embroidery on back stating just breathe and a clear undersole features a lunglike pattern seen through a clear sole.

This shoe will be available in a limited amount of GS sizes. As always, the proceeds of the shoe go to benefit the Doernbecher Children's Hospital. ~$90.

Another Hunger Games film will surely take over the globe this year. It's the Catching Fire, part 2 of the Hunger Games Trilogy. It is the sequel to the the blockbuster The Hunger Games, and it continues the story of Katniss Everdeen and the post-apocalyptic nation of Panem. Following the events of the previous film, a rebellion against the oppressive Capitol has begun, and Katniss and Peeta are forced to return to the arena in a special edition of the Hunger Games.

PLDT Fibr and Nuffnang Philippines invite bloggers to watch an exclusive screening of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire on November 21, Thursday, at  Shangri La Cineplex! All bloggers have to do answer one of these questions creatively:

Might as well has the skills to climb up a tree and stay quiet, like rue and foxface. Someone who's kind also who does not kill, because that’s sick - not unless it's necessary. Someone who can be trusted upon like the PLDT brand.

It seems that Nike’s N7 team up with Pendleton Woolen Mills isn’t the only thing they’ve got in store with that company. As per Stefan Janoski himself, the Nike SB Janoski will be available on NIKEiD with a variety of options pulled straight from that mill. As of now, the only photo exists is this one, which shows off a geometrically patterned pair that slides from navy to white to orange. He also claims that they’ll be on NIKEiD starting next Monday, November 4th.

Nike SB released a pack of 3 Dunks. This pack, known as the “Three Bears Pack” will include a “Baby Bear” Dunk Low, “Momma Bear” Dunk Mid, and “Papa Bear” Dunk High. All three pairs have teddy bear fur on the sneakers which have quite a unique look.

BABY BEAR

The low-top of the Three Bears Pack, the Baby Bears got their name just for that reason. These feature a lime green swoosh on light blue suede combined with their signature “bear fur”. The shoe’s outsole is a vibrant yellow. This sneaker, as well as the whole pack, are an interestng concept. The pair is sure to draw attention no matter where you go. Note that the pack was released alongside matching Three Bears Bearbrick toys produced by Kubrick based in Japan.

MOMMA BEAR

Definite head-turners, the mid-top Dunk of the Three Bears Pack, the Mama Bears, are the most vibrant of the pack with their suede lime green uppers and hot pink swoosh. Like the other two sneakers of the pack, they feature a material resembling bear fur on the toe and side panel, and have a clean yellow outsole. Note that the pack was released alongside matching Three Bears Bearbrick toys produced by Kubrick based in Japan. A picture of the Bearbrick toy can be seen on the insole of the shoe.

PAPA BEAR

The third sneaker of the Three Bears Pack, the Three Bears High or Papa Bears feature a subtler colorway than the other two, although still maintaining the pack’s fuzzy feel. The shoe contains a reddish-orange swoosh on dark blue suede, with the signature bear fur. Like the two other sneakers, the Papa Bears were released alongside matching Three Bears Bearbrick toys produced by Kubrick based in Japan. A picture of the Bearbrick toy can be seen on the insole of the shoe.

Nike SB has unveiled its latest SB shoe, the Military Brown Dunk High OMS ! It features a buttery smooth suede upper, a blacked out sole and some pink laces for a little pop. It's one of Nike's Off Mountain Series featuring a water-resistant upper, a boot-style lacing system with round laces. One of the many selling points of this shoe is its Nike Free-inspired rubber outsole. Check 'em while it's hot over at Premiere ~$120!

Brooklyn Projects has collaborated with Nike Skateboarding to release a very special “Walk of Fame” edition of our beloved Dunk Low silhouette. It has been said that it will made available exclusively through Brooklyn Projects, but the shoe was released yesterday online in various skateshoes sites. As expected, it's already SOLD OUT though you can cop a pair over at ebay at rape prices. If you want you can wait for its General Release on September 1st. The only difference is that the shoe has no gold Brooklyn Projects stitching and the formally black Nike logo on the back is in white. Hmmm..If non-branded Entourages are Non-tourages, are we going to call these GRs the “Walk of Shame”?

Michael Lau is an artist from Hong Kong who is known for his illustration and designer toy figures. Lau is widely credited as the founder of the urban vinyl style within the designer toy movement. His work has had a significant effect on toy manufacturers, as well as street culture, including artists and musicians, throughout the world. His style is particularly influential to Asian and American hip-hop and skateboarding culture. In 1998, he began the Gardener comic strip in East Touch magazine for which he is best known for. The characters featured in this comic strip were the basis for his first series of vinyl collectible figures. In 1999, his work became popular enough to attract the attention of the Sony corporation, who exclusively distributed a selection of his Gardener pieces in Asia. To help launch a new store in Hong Kong the folks at Nike SB called upon Lau to create a special collection. Named “Gardener Meets Nike” the limited collection consisted of a special “wooden” Dunk Low Pro SB accompanied by a walnut wood 6-inch NY FAT figure, mini skateboard tag and special lasered box. Since he was working with Nike Skateboarding, Lau sought inspiration from a skateboard. That is where the theme of using a “wood” texture came from. The key element of the design is walnut wood seen throughout the sneaker design from the textured upper to the “wooden” midsole.

The skateboarding influence is seen in the four drill holes added to the heel. Lau’s NY FAT character is seen on the insole as well as lasered into the box inside as well. To finish off the design the words “Gardener Meets Nike at Hong Kong Flagship 29.09.2006″ was added to the heel to ensure everyone knows of the importance of the sneakers.

The Nike SB Janoski Black Floral has received so much attention from us, SB afficionados. And though it didn't get the same hype as the Digi Floral, every restocks of this shoe seems to be a sold out in just a jiffy. A few days ago, Nike and CNCPTS had a few pairs sold online and in just minutes - they're gone. Today, Premiere has it, and it's a good thing that I manage to buy 4 pairs. If you want to buy guys, just let me know. I'll be selling it for 6.5Kphp per pair. It will  arrive here probably mid August and the sizes available are 9 and 11.

Nike SB "Statue of Liberty" Dunk High
(These pairs don't really have much history but since they're my ultimate grails, I'm biased to create this. Haha!)

Released in mid-2011, these blue-boxed quickstrikes immediately caught the attention of collectors world-wide. Aside from the cool colorway and material (which was based, obviously, on the iconic monument), what adds to the hype is the shoe's ability to shed its outer layer of paint to reveal an old oxidized finish similar to the landmark itself.

These babies currently value at $400 on FlightClubNY.

Back in 2005, Nike released the Nike Dunk SB Low- SB Pro “Tiffany”, arguably one of the most sought after Nike skateboarding shoes ever. Some 7 years later, the memorable colorway resurfaces onto an Air Jordan 1 that has been customized by D@ Prince Customs. This Air Jordan 1 custom features a Tiffany blue inspired upper with a metallic silver accented Swoosh and hits of black alligator-like paneling. D@ Prince is pretty much dead on with this Air Jordan custom as it looks identical to the real deal, except in a high top form. Check out this Koston and Kobe Bryant's signature SB shoe, the Nike SB Eric Koston Premium x Kobe Bryant. It is a premium Nike SB Koston 1 that features an embossed nubuck material on the upper which mimics the polyurethane islands found on the Kobe VI. It is presented in the colorway of the Los Angeles Lakers with purple and del sol accents. Limited to 20 pairs I think (correct me if I am wrong). $199.
