In collaboration with Jerry Lorenzo, Vans introduced the Vans Mountain Edition X Fear Of God. Created and designed by Jerry Lorenzo, Fear of God is best known for its for everyday use styles with an emphasis on small details that are edgy and versatile which would fit in just about anyone’s wardrobe.
The Mountain Edition was originally released in 1989, aimed at mountain biking. Utilizing the classic Full Cab as a base (which 3 years later would become the iconic Half Cab), the Mountain Edition is recognized by the "velcro-strap" above the laces - originally intended as a protection and a fit for the shoe on the pedals of bike.
Being listed as a favorite among Vans "hardcore collectors", the Mountain Edition makes rare appearances in the brand's collections, usually in collaborations or super special editions, just like the Vans Mountain Edition X Fear Of God.
These are hard to come by these days, but we're lucky to find some sizes over at Shopee for ₱6,599.
