July 2016

Jordan is reminiscing back to a classic '85 colorway on a modernized KO silhouette. The material selection of a primarily canvas upper countered by minimal hits of leather breathes a little life into what one might expect to see. Details for this Saturday's release are as follows:

Date: Saturday, February 6
Time: 11am EST in store only, first come first served
Size: Men's 7-13
Price: $140

Remember the Air Jordan 1 Pinnacle ‘Vachetta Tan’ that has been leaked months back? Well, they will be the next Pinnacle to hit shelves.

There are minor changes though compared to the first two releases like no 24 karat gold stuff (bronze is used instead across the wings logo, lace jewels, heel and tongue). Following up is vachetta tan leather on the base and a sail midsole.

Air Jordan 1 Pinnacle Vachetta Tan Release Date

The Air Jordan 1 Pinnacle Vachetta Tan  will debut in Asia on September 12, 2015. About the US release date, it is unknown for now. As well, a retail price has yet to be set, but if they are like the other Pinnacle releases, expect them to cost you around $400. Stay tuned to Skate Shoes PH for more details and images.

Release Date: September 12, 2015 (Asia)

The Air Jordan 1 Pinnacle isn’t done yet. The $400 Air Jordan 1 is back featuring a more sophisticated look as previewed by long-time member of the Jordan Brand family, Rip Hamilton. Gone is the all-over snakeskin textile for a premium brown leather while what looks to be a crocodile motif lingers on the ankle collar and Swoosh. The 24K gold accents are still here, as is the special edition boxing featuring that metallic gold insert that points to a potential retail release.

What do you think of the alternate tooling on the Air Jordan 1 Pinnacle? Check out a full view below and Skate Shoes PH will keep you updated on a release date if this pair ever arrives at retail.

Just like all the MVP trophies resting on his airness' mantle, this latest colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Rare Air shines bright with a splash of bronze. Probably the cleanest silhouette we’ve seen so far of the modernized AJ1, these metal inspired sneakers mix up the materials with a combination of smooth and tumbled leather on the upper. It also features a removable Jumpman tags on the tongue, revealing their Rare Air identity beneath. These make a nice compliment to the upcoming ‘Statue’-inspired Air Jordan 9 release. No word on its release date, but we’ll keep you posted when one comes in.

Jordan brand seems to be taking a break from the crazy colorways, as they roll out these two neutral tones for the Summertime featuring a Solid White and Black colorway in leather. These White and Black mids are just perfect for those who want to keep it clean or simply stay away from all the attention, and offer up a nice combination of materials. These have dropped at Jordan Brand retailers across the U.S like Wish.

Jordan Brand will release the Air Jordan 1 High dubbed “Shattered Backboard” this year that's inspired by his airness' backboard shattering moment in Trieste, Italy way back in 1985.

Before the Jordan/Bulls era, Michael Jordan was breaking backboards in exhibition games overseas. During a Nike Exhibition game in Trieste, Italy, Michael Jordan scored 30 points before shattering the backboard on the opposing team. Cool eh?

The Nike Air Jordan 1 High “Shattered Backboard” will feature the jersey worn by Jordan at the Nike exhibition game (a Black Orange and White colorway). It will also come with a shattered backboard graphic on the insoles. Please let us know if this is a cop or drop for you and stay tuned for a release date here on  SkateShoesPH.

These stunners in a two-tone brown leather upper, are called the Air Jordan Retro 1 Mid GS “Lola Bunny”!
"The latest ladies only Jordan release sees the Air Jordan 1 Mid getting the “Lola Bunny” treatment inspired by the Space Jam character." It comes with bold pink accents, a bold tongue featuring geometric shapes in white, pink and magenta and a modified Jordan Jumpman logo. It will be available on April 4th to go along with the entire Hare collection set to release by Jordan Brand. $85.

The remastered Air Jordan 1 ‘Chicago’ releases May 30th for $160 + tax, so don’t plan to spend all of your tax returns just yet. Give us a pair of shoes which are damn near two bills, but looks fresh out of the box from the ’90s and we're content. We mean, it’s not like prices for Jordan shoes are ever going to decrease anyway. If we're going to paying extra, We’d at least rest easy knowing that the quality is better and the attention to details are there.

The J1 Chicago features the original color scheme of White, Black and Varsity Red. There's a Nike Air treatment displayed on the tongue and it will come in the Chicago Bulls colorways that we all grew up loving – thanks MJ.
